Seminars on Professional Topics
This course aims to cultivate students’ critical thinking capability through the arrangement of relevant hospitality related topics presented by guest speakers from the industry and other fields. This course exposes students to relevant professions in the field of hospitality, which also serves the purpose of their career planning. With the introduction of a various of topics by guest speakers, students are encouraged to listen critically, to interact, and to reflect on those lectures. On completion, students will develop critical thinking ability and have deeper understanding about professions in the hospitality industry.
