Teaching Purpose 1. Develop the faith to use the natural and safe ingredients2. To know and realize the character and application of the basic ingredients3. To understand the distribution of local ingredients. Course Content 1. Introduction of the traditional ingredients, organic ingredients and the character of genetic ingredients2. Introduce the characters of each ingredients and to realize the interaction between cook and ingredients through developing them and knowing the growing process of ingredients.3. Understanding the general situation of the ingredients in Taiwan4. Field trip.
