Course Description:
This subject can help students to know what is the Chinese cooking, and to be familiar with the technique of Chinese cooking, then to know the whole content of the Chinese culinary art. 
This subject will help students to understand basics of Chinese cooking and will familiarize them with the techniques used Chinese Culinary Arts. The class will also provide students with a wider base of knowledge of the whole content of Chinese Culinary Arts.
