Course Description:
This course discusses Chinese cuisine and its relationship with the Chinese culture. Focusing on how Chinese cuisine is an integrated part of its culture and reflects its religion, philosophy, politics and economy. This course will sample some of the most distinguished cuisine popular in modern China and throughout the world.
