Course Description:
Students will be learning the principles and core concepts of Chinese Dim Sum, covering two main categories flour cuisine and rice cuisine. Along with flour cuisine, students will have to perform basic skills related to cold water dough, hot water blanched dough, risen dough and pastry dough. For rice cuisine, students will apply different rice varieties to produce rice-based food. During the course, students will be taught categories and history of Chinese Dim Sum.
