In Chinese Charcuteries students will be taught the culture of Ganging Barbecue cooking, knowing the character of ingredient of Chinese Charcuteries cooking, skilled with the way to prepare all kinds of the ingredients, familiar with every method of Chinese Charcuteries, sensory evaluation of Chinese Charcuteries cooking products. During the course, students will be taught a variety of dishes from Chinese cuisine to broaden their knowledge of ingredients and flavor combinations.
