Research in Practical Projects (謝鴻鎮老師)

The aim of the course is to give the students an opportunity to perform a research project within the fields of culinary application, baking and pastry application, and foodservice operation under supervision according to an individual study plan, to summarize the results in a research report and present the results of the project.
