Course Description:
Butchery Science is an introductory class with the aim of providing students with the basic skills and knowledge in several areas of a butchery kitchen and the products used in butchery. The course also will provide students with the necessary skills to make basic butchery items, use equipment related to butchery in a safe and correct manner, and basic cooking skills to produce final dishes utilizing the butchery items.
