Architecture of a Plated Dessert

This course introduces students to key terminology and concepts in the field of world travel and food culture.
We will discuss the role of culture, religion, economics and geographical location and how these factors influence our food beliefs, attitudes and behaviours.
Students will gain an understanding & appreciation of the current culture, religious and ethnic food trends from around the world through the study of local customs and the changes over time.
