Course Description:
The Global Specialty Cuisine course is designed to provide the students with knowledge and hands on experience in making a variety of dishes and foods from a wide range of locations around the world. They will also have a chance to use some very interesting ingredients and techniques in the production of these foods. The course will cover dishes that range from soups, salads, entrees, main courses, breads, pastry, and desserts that reflect old traditions along with some that highlight the mixture of cultures throughout history.
