2020.10 Chinese cuisine filed trip

This event is to visit the roadside banquet. In the roadside banquet kitchen, you can see that the chefs are performing their duties in processing ingredients, some chefs are cutting grouper while some chefs are carving flowers.
Through this event, we will learn about Taiwan’s traditional roadside banquet culture. The students realized that it was possible to run a table in such a different environment. It was very comfortable and safe, and delicious food could be enjoyed. They also realize that the kitchen preparation for desk work is not the same as what the students have learned, but to overcome the external environment
