We invited Chef Martin Macleod, professor of Hong Kong University / ex-executive chef of Taipei W Hotel, to demonstrate Pickle Salmon, Chicken Breast with Bone and Caramelize Onion Soup for our second grade students. Chef Martin Macleod emphasized the skills and experience required for cooking process, and also shared the Scottish cuisine with students.
